 Is this why City Council Incumbent Candidates each receive $2500.00 Campaign contributions from the trash company?

There is an unknown layer of government in California, which few understand.  Unlike other levels of government, it can incur bonded indebtedness without voter approval.  Unlike other government entities, it may use the power of eminent domain to benefit private interests.

The Usual Suspects Sided with the Council by attacking the MPOA at tonight’s Council meeting.
Who are they?  They are the people who populate our city’s Commissions and Boards or the ones who are seeking appointments.

 The Council approved the Ochoa loan after 7:30pm on 5/18/04 and escrow closed 5/21/04, that would provide less then 72 hours for the city to fund the loan so that escrow could close (not very likely).  
·         The loan is dated 6/1/04; ten days after escrow closed so where did the funds to close escrow come from? [...]
